Order Cancellation
At Maxcomfi, orders may be cancelled before the item enters production or is shipped.
If your order is successfully cancelled within this window, a full refund will be issued.
Custom or personalized products may only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After this time, production will begin and the order cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
Once an order has been shipped or production has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns on our products unless there is a verified quality issue or shipping-related problem.
